Termites do more damage to Oahu homes than any other pest, and the two kinds here need completely different treatment. We're based in Mililani and treat both, for homes and businesses across Central and Leeward Oahu and the North Shore.
Drywood termites live inside the wood itself: walls, eaves, door frames, furniture. Small piles of droppings that look like sand or coffee grounds are usually the first sign. We treat them with spot treatments injected straight into the infested wood.
Formosan subterranean termites come up from the soil and can do serious structural damage before anyone notices. Mud tubes on foundations and swarms on warm, humid evenings are the signs. We treat them with a ground barrier around the property, and we offer bait station monitoring that catches new activity early and takes out the colony over time.
